TriLingual is a language learning app designed to help children learn Kannada, Hindi, and English simultaneously through short, structured lessons. Lessons follow a conversational, chat-style flow guided by an animated mascot, with voice recognition used to validate spoken answers — making speaking a core part of every lesson.

TriLingual is developed and operated by K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

TriLingual is designed for children and is used in schools to develop conversational skills in non-native languages. The app's primary focus is motivating kids to learn a third language through engaging, structured lesson experiences.

Kids log in using school credentials or Face ID — no separate parent account is required.

We collect limited technical data to keep the app functioning correctly:

If deployed through a school, the institution may provide basic account details (student ID, school name) solely to enable login. We do not collect or store parent or guardian personal information.

• Advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID)

• Deliver the service — personalize learning, track progress, display XP, badges & streaks
• Improve the app — analyze aggregated, anonymized usage to improve content & features
• Safety & compliance — detect abuse, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations

We do not use data for targeted advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose unrelated to education.
